Royal blue with white border. Royal blue with white border, USAFA logo 2” x 6”. Made from oracal 651 permanent vinyl. Made to withstand all weather conditions. HOW TO APPLY DECALS: Clean surface you wish to apply decal and allow to dry. Lay decal face down and starting from one corner begin peeling white paper backing off decal. Once paper backing is removed, pick up decal by the opaque transfer tape and place the decal, starting from one side on the surface you wish to apply it to. Once it is applied to the surface, take a credit card and rub decal from one side to the other. This ensures it sticks well and removes any air bubbles. Once done, starting from one side to the other, peel off the opaque transfer tape
